Margarito Palacios’s new vision for a life with purpose began with the introduction to the Huerto De La Familia community project. The Family Garden (its English translation) is a location for families to grow their own produce on rented plots, while doubling as an area for families to come together and participate in each other’s harvest.
To become an entrepreneur, Palacios used the experience to begin his own farm with the guidance of Sarah Cantril, Huerto de la Familia founder and executive director.
